Some time ago we talked about the importance of knowledge and in particular how we used technology to help our production sector. Today we want to tell you about what we did on a practical level in order to be inspiring for you.

The knowledge management process is very important for the creation of an operational knowledge maintenance system. With the growth of all the information and skills necessary in our work, we have deemed it essential to facilitate the production sector. This is an advantage because the know-how of the company remains within even if people are missing. We believe it is truly innovative because until now we have always relied on those who knew how to do it. In small and medium-sized enterprises such as GSI, training is done alongside. A knowledge system of this type allows continuous and evolving training.
Learn from mistakes
As often happens, most people learn from mistakes, so even in this case knowledge can be implemented in this sense. The idea with which we have built this training process is aimed at practicality and application. In fact, we noticed that most of the people in production learnt everything more easily through a hands-on approach. For this reason, using explanatory videos with the relative training minutes allows for easier and faster learning.
